Tenant Area
If you’re already a Storm Lettings tenant, we have a dedicated tenant area available for you, that makes communicating with us as easy and stress free as possible.
You can view your tenancy information, report any repairs, or just pop us a message, via our fantastic property management system, Arthur.
You can access Arthur (your tenant area), using a very easy-to-use mobile app.
To download the Arthur app:
- Simply, search for ‘Arthur Occupant’ in your Apple App Store or Google Play Store (if using an Android).
- Download the app on to your mobile device and login
- Looking for your tenant area login details? After moving in, we would have sent you an email invitation, asking you to create an account and set up a password. If you’re unable to find this email, please get in touch through our Contact us form
